Let divers sync their dives automatically
In DuikRadar divers find their dive site, keep their logbook and find a buddy by certification, place and date. Today they import their dives with UDDF and FIT files. With an official connection new dives arrive automatically: only with the diver’s consent, read-only and private until the diver changes that.
What DuikRadar is
A free app for recreational and technical divers, started in the Benelux and usable worldwide. A web app today; test builds for iPhone and Android are coming.
- A catalog of dive sites and dive centres on a map, with filters and distance by road in the Benelux.
- A buddy board: divers search and post calls by agency (from PADI and SSI to GUE, TDI and IANTD), minimum level, place and date, and plan the dive in a group chat.
- A logbook where one profile setting lets the diver choose who sees the dives. Until they change it, the dives are private.
- Import of UDDF and FIT files with depth profile, gases and temperature, tested parsers for Shearwater, Suunto, Garmin and Scubapro (through Subsurface) and duplicate detection.
Catalog of 3 October 2026
The connection we want to build
Today a diver exports a file and loads it into DuikRadar. An official connection does this automatically, under the same privacy rules.
The diver decides
In DuikRadar the diver taps “Connect” for your brand. Nothing happens without that step.
Sign in with you
The diver signs in on your own OAuth screen and gives consent. DuikRadar never sees or stores a password.
Read-only, dives only
We ask for the smallest scopes: read-only access to dives (profile, gases, deco, temperature). No writing, no other activities.
Private in the logbook
New dives arrive in the logbook, duplicates are skipped, and they follow the diver’s profile setting: private until the diver changes it.
Disconnect at any time
One tap disconnects: the token is revoked and deleted. Deleting the account also deletes all dives and connections.
How we handle data
Dive data is personal. This is how we treat it in the app today, and how we will treat the dives from your cloud.
Private by default
Dives, imported ones included, are private by default; only the diver can change that. Depth profile, dive-computer details and GPS position always stay visible to the diver only.
In the EU
Database and files are stored with Supabase in the European Union (Ireland). Access is enforced row by row in the database itself.
Encrypted tokens
Access tokens will be stored encrypted in a table only server code can read, never in the app. That table and its lockdown are ready; we build the encryption and the connection itself once you approve.
No resale
We do not sell data, show ads or use tracking or analytics.
Deletion on request
Divers delete their account themselves in the app; logs, files and connections are removed at once. A copy or deletion on request is possible through our contact address.
Your rules
We follow your API terms, rate limits and branding and attribution rules, and ask for nothing more than we need.
